Beautiful Knotty Pine All Season Ski and Lake Cabin! Located in the Gateway to the High Sierras, at 5,600 Elevation in Cold Springs, CA. this cabin has one turn off from the Scenic Sonora Pass Hwy, on a private NO through Road, allowing for easy winter access! 5 minutes to the beautiful alpine Pinecrest Lake, and 12 Min Dodge Ridge Ski Resort. This was a 5 star Vacation Rental on Airbnb, and stayed booked all winter. It's a nice option when not in use. There are multiple Decks including one with a gate perfect for fur babies! There's a front deck that leads out to the forest floor where there is plenty of room to put in a firepit, swings for the kiddos or make yourself a patio to enjoy! Loads of storage too. This 3 bedroom, two bathroom cabin has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the main level, and upstairs there is an open spacious loft with 1 bedroom, with an adjacent 2nd bathroom. The loft's other side is a spacious game room with a balcony that opens up to forest views. Other amenities include a new septic and leach field were installed in 2018, a new roof in 2016, a full-sized stainless steel refrigerator, and BBQ grill in 2021.
